Do you have a minimum amount for an order placed online?

- Yes, we have a minimum order of £ 25.00 (excluding the delivery fee).

I have registered but I cannot log in. What should I do next?

- If you have entered all your details and clicked on "submit / send" you must now activate your account by log in to your e-mail and click on the link that we have sent you. Then you can log in.

How do you pack cheeses and charcuterie products?

– All cheeses and charcuterie products are freshly cut, then vacuum packaged, appropriately labelled and all packed in a polystyrene box with ice packs. This ensures to keep temperature low for 24 hours of dispatching. Please, leave us a note during the checkout where we can leave your parcel if you are not at home, as the items must be kept refrigerated. Please note, if your order (consisting of cheese or charcuterie) is placed on Thursday late afternoon, Friday or during weekend, it will be dispatched on Monday (as the packaging guarantees to keep temperature low only for 24 hours of dispatching).

How long does it take to process my order?

– We will do our best to process your order within 1 – 2 working days.

How long does it take to deliver my items?

– All orders are delivered within 24 - 48 hours of dispatching (except for some parts of the UK – please see our terms and conditions for more details).

If I am not at home, can you leave my parcel with my neighbour?

– Yes, just leave us a note during the checkout – the house number / name, etc.

Can I leave a message for the recipient of my gift basket?

 – Yes, the message will be printed on a nicely presented card and enclosed in your parcel.

I would like to have my gift delivered on a particular day, can it be done?

 – Yes, if it is during the weekdays – just leave us a note on which day you want us to deliver the gift. If you wish the item to be delivered on weekends, please let us know. The delivery fee will differ.

What are your delivery costs?

– Our delivery fee is £8.00. Different delivery fee applies to some parts of the UK (please see our terms and conditions for more details).

Can I buy online and pick up from your deli?

- Yes, during the checkout you will be asked if you wish to have it delivered or you will pick up your shopping from our deli. Please, leave us a note when you will pick it up.

I want to pay by my card but cannot see where to enter my card details.

After submitting your order, you will be asked to pay for the order. You will see your order summary on the left and on the rigt side of the screen you will have two options - to pay using your pay pal account or if you wish to pay by your debit/credit card you need to click on "Don`t have a pay pal account (Pay with your credit/debit card as pay pal guest)". These are all secure methods of payment.

We would like to order some sandwich platters but our guests cannot eat pork. Do you have any alternatives?

– We can prepare sandwich platters containing turkey ham or beef fillets Bresaola with cheeses and mixed

Can you provide us with salad bowls to share?

– Yes, we can prepare for you bigger salad bowls to share between your guests.

Can you provide plastic forks, paper plates and napkins?

– Yes, please let us know if you need these when placing your order.

Can you provide us with some fruit and cakes?

– Yes, we do fruit platters with a selection of fruits and we can also provide cakes (in portions depending how many you need).
