Colfiorito, founded in 1994 as a family business in Albairate (Mi), selects typical food specialties from all regions of Italy, identifying the most typical product for each region. The quality is guaranteed from both the organoleptic and sensorial point of view in the strict compliance with the regulations and traceability of the products. Great care is given to the selection of raw materials used, techniques, stages of processing, as well as continuous quality improvement. Only after passing these stages, the products are sold exclusively to special stores and delicatessens throughout Italy and only at our deli within the UK, under the names “DULCIS” for the sweet range and “COLFIORITO” for all other products.

Italy and the art form inseparable pair. The Italian cultural heritage is also a part of the culinary tradition. These beautiful company logos have been specifically designed for Colfiorito by the famous painter Ferdinando Quintavalla, he is also known as a designer, ceramist and sculptor. He was born on 16 June 1951 in Parma. Self-taught, inspired by the classic Michelangelo and Leonardo da Vinci, has successfully exhibited his work at numerous Italian and foreign galleries.
