Ricotta & Cooked Ham Paste

Mix 100 g of ricotta with 100 g of cooked ham in a mixer. Add a little bit of milk or double cream if the mixture is too thick while mixing. You may also add a table-spoon of grated parmesan to make the flavour stronger. Then simply spread the paste on toasted bread, garnish with anything you like – olives, sundried tomatoes or just chopped spring onion leaves.
