Tomino & Speck

Simply wrap two slices of smoked ham SPECK around TOMINO cheese; heat the pan and add a few drops of olive oil. Fry the cheese with speck on both sides for about 1/2 – 1 min on each side and then put in the oven for about five minutes until you see the cheese starts to melt. Take it out and serve with salad or slices of bread.
