Tuna roe

Bottarga di tonno

Handmade following the ancient traditions, dried and pressed tuna roe.

Ingredients: tuna eggs, salt

Net weight: 50g

Serving instructions: Ideal for dressing pasta dishes and great in sandwiches.

Recipe: Spaghetti alla bottarga: fry a little bit of garlic and parsley, add some lemon juice and a teaspoon (5 g) of bottarga. Mix everything together, add 360 g of pasta already cooked, continue to mix and serve.

Produced and packaged in Italy. After opening keep refrigerated.
