Description and price of the goods:
The description and price of the goods you order will be as shown on our website at the time you place an order. The goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods you have ordered are not available in stock, we will refund you for any sum that has been paid by you or if you wish the item may be replaced by an alternative product of the same value. In addition to the price you will be required to pay a delivery charge for the goods. Product labels and packaging may vary from those shown on the website. Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in quotation, price list, invoice or other document issued by Fine Foods (registered as Starnova Ltd) shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of Fine Foods (Starnova Ltd). We have a minimum order of £25.00.

Delivery methods & costs:
We can deliver to any postal address in the UK. Meats and cheeses may only be delivered within the UK. All items will be sent by a courier of our choice. Please note we cannot deliver any items on the same day as ordering. We reserve the right to change delivery charges in the event of an increase by a courier. We reserve the right to refuse sale of goods. We will deliver to the address as you enter it and cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect or incomplete. Any dates quoted for delivery of the goods are approximate only and the seller Fine Foods (registered as Starnova Ltd) shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods howsoever caused. If the buyer fails to take delivery of the goods or fails to give Fine Foods (registered as Starnova Ltd) adequate delivery instructions at the time of placing an order then the seller will charge the buyer for the second delivery.

Cancellation of orders:

Customers have the right to cancel their order without reason by informing us within 7 days of receipts of the goods, and returning the goods to us. In this case they will receive a full refund less any charge for any items which have been unsealed or consumed. Refund will normally take place within 14 days of cancellation once the goods have been returned to us. Notification of order cancellation must be in writing.

Damaged or faulty goods:

We make sure that product you receive from Fine Foods will be of in good condition. Any item that you deem unsatisfactory will be replaced or refunded upon your request, as long as you alert us in writing to the details of the problem within 3 working days of having received your order. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. We will only send a replacement product once the damaged items have been returned to us. Unfortunately, once products have been used or removed from their original packaging, we are unable to exchange them. We will not be liable in respect of any damaged or shortages not notified to us within 3 working days of delivery.

Payment for the goods and delivery charges can be made by credit cards only at the time you place your order. All goods shall be paid for in full at the time the order is placed. Value added tax (VAT) is included in the cost of each product and the cost of delivery. An invoice showing VAT will be sent to you seperately.

Formation of contracts and ownership:
These terms of sale apply to all goods supplied by Fine Foods (registered as Starnova Ltd). The contract is formatted when we have received and accepted your order. Title and ownership to the goods shall remain with us until they have been paid for in full. You will become the owner of the goods you ordered and responsible for risk of loss of or damage to them once they have been delivered to you.
Under the Licensing Act 2003 we cannot sell alcoholic products to anyone under 18. For this reason, we may refuse an order or refuse to make a delivery at our discretion. By placing an order you confirm that you and the person the order is to be delivered to, are aged 18 years or over.

Data protection:
Fine Foods (registered as Starnova Ltd, 9 Seagrave Road, London SW6 1RP) is compliant with the Data Protection Act. Any details we will receive from you to enable us to process your order will not be passed on to any third party organisation and we will treat your details with complete confidentiality. Fine Foods (registered as Starnova Ltd) reserves the right to share any information provided in response to a legal proceeding, such as court order or subpoena.

Site security:
To process our transactions we use an internet payment provider “PayPal” which provides very high levels of internet and physical security to ensure sensitive information is never compromised.
